Our affordable housing program offers individuals a variety of options. Aaron Favors, our Founder, is a licensed real estate agent in Central Missouri. With his guidance he works with people to not only find affordable homes to purchase or rent but offers workshops on:
1) First time home buying
2) DYI home repairs and upgrades
3) Green energy programming
4) Smart home technology
Every housing project AHBI Foundation works on, we make a commitment to provide home owners and renters (with landlord permission) opportunities to explore smart home technology, gardening options, and renewable energy resources (both urban and rural).
Therefore, the overall goal of our program is to develop viable communities in Mid Missouri by providing guidance, decent housing options, and adequate living conditions.
